Description
This Microsoft Word 2007 Intermediate course is the second of a 3-Level course which extends delegates’ basic skills and knowledge of the Word 2007 software, helping them to create more intricate and varied documents. Delegates will enhance existing skills and knowledge through engaging in more advanced aspects of key topics including formatting, tables and lists, merging, envelopes, sections, clip art and graphics. Upon completion of the course, you will be able to:
- Set Word options to easily access files and information
- Work with multiple, concurrent documents
- Use advanced formatting features to further enhance documents and text
- Use tabs, and work with bulleted and numbered lists
- Create enhanced tables
- Use timesaving features including Building Blocks, styles and templates
- Partition longer documents into sections
- Create headers and footers in documents
- Create letters, envelopes and labels
- Perform mail merges
- Incorporate pictures, drawings and WordArt into documents

Entry Requirements |
This course assumes some knowledge of working with documents in Microsoft Word 2007 and preferably have completed the Microsoft Word 2007 Beginner course. It would be beneficial to have a general understanding of personal computers and the operating system environment, especially in regard to working with files and folders.
